By creating an account, signing in, or using the CloudSnap service ("Service"), you ("Customer") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CloudSnap provides multi-cloud configuration snapshot, drift detection, and rollback functionality across Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and Microsoft Entra ID. Features may change or be added; we will not materially reduce them without notice.
You agree not to: (a) attempt to bypass authentication or access another customer's data; (b) use the Service to violate any law or third-party right; (c) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service; (d) use the Service to scan, attack, or disrupt any system you do not own.
You retain ownership of all configuration data, snapshots, and metadata you submit through the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant CloudSnap a non-exclusive licence to process Customer Data solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
You authorise CloudSnap to use the read-only credentials you provide to enumerate, snapshot, and (when you initiate it) restore resources in your connected cloud accounts. CloudSnap will not write to your cloud accounts except in response to an explicit user-initiated rollback or restore action.
CloudSnap targets 99.9% monthly uptime for the production tier; planned maintenance windows are excluded. The Service is provided "as is" โ see Section 9.
Fees, if any, are described in your order form or signed agreement. Free-tier usage is limited and subject to change. Past-due invoices accrue interest at 1.5% per month.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. CLOUDSNAP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudSnap will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You will indemnify CloudSnap against third-party claims arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may terminate at any time by deleting your account. CloudSnap may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, Customer Data is deleted within 30 days unless legally required to be retained.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email and posted on this page; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction]. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of [city, jurisdiction].
